A donation application form will be emailed to each registered table vendor with the contract, this form needs to be returned with your contract, Suffolk County application, copy of any required licenses, and insurance. If you choose to donate a basket or gift certificate worth $20 or more to use on the day of the event, then you will receive a $25 reimbursement on your table vendor fee up to 10 days after turning in your donation. All donations shall be brought or mailed to Key to the Island Events 2 weeks before the event, up to (1) basket or gift certificate per vendor. POP Bracelet fee includes:
Admission to all of the "paid for" activities throughout the different event areas. Some activities include:
Bounce houses (ages 2- adult)
A game truck (ages 7- adult)
A firetruck with fireman drills (ages 2-8)
A petting zoo (ages 2- adult)
And more added daily!
POP Bracelets on the day of will be $25 each for all vendors. Same price cash or charge. Please note that entrance fees are not included in the POP Bracelets on the day of the event.
Admission for an additional employee of the vendor to enter the event for the day. Please note that there are (3) people already included in your vendor fee. This fee DOES NOT include a POP Bracelet.

Up to 10 Dessert trucks will be entered into a competition to see who will win the title of "First Place Dessert Truck @ Suffolk County Community Day 2024"! Dessert Truck Vendors will pick a dessert item from their menu to enter into the competition. This must be (2) servings of (1) type of dessert item. The item will be judged first in whole, then cut into equal samples and handed out to the judges. Judges will then be rating the dessert samples in 5 different categories- overall presentation, smell, taste, ease of eating, and mess factor. The public will also be given tickets to vote on the "Best Overall Staff @ Suffolk County Community Day"- this competition will be open to all table, food and dessert truck vendors! You cannot win in multiple categories, one win per competitor, there will be a first, second, and third place winner for the judged competition. There will be one winner for the public competition. Judges will be selected at random. Please read the contract rules.
