Each guest that makes purchases on the day of the event at any vendor will be given tickets with proof of purchase (receipt). Guests will be instructed to use the tickets to enter into the basket raffles. The more the guests spend at the booths, the more tickets they win... It is estimated that one in five children are struggling with food insecurity — which
means their families lack consistent access to enough food for an active, healthy
life. These kids live in every zip code in America, including here in Suffolk County.
The consequences of hunger are much more than a growling stomach. Poor
nutrition can result in a weaker immune system, increased hospitalization, lower
IQ, shorter attention spans, and lower academic achievement. Millions of children
are fed during the school week by federal government programs. But on Fridays,
when the school closes its doors, it's 65 hours until they return to school and food
on Monday morning.
Since 2013, the Blessings in a Backpack program in Longwood, New York, has
grown to distribute weekly food packs to over 500 children at five schools in the
Longwood Central School District. We are looking to grow our presence across
Long Island, and, with your support, we can make it possible! Just $200 a year
supports a child in the Blessings in a Backpack program. For additional

Entrance fee for nonprofits includes (3) admission tickets for volunteers to manage the booth and games/activities and a grass space of their choosing to host free activities for guests. Please pay for additional attendees, entrance fee on the day of is $10 cash/charge.

All vendors pay a flat county entry fee for any size booth. Please make sure that you use ALL of the space in your booth to run an amazing game, host crafts, and/or activities!
All nonprofit organizations will appear on the digital and printed maps available to each guest and vendor.
Any organization claiming to be a nonprofit may NOT sell anything, including but not limited to memberships, from their booth. However, they can collect donations and hand out information to join their organization. If you would like to sell memberships and other items, please register as a vendor.
All nonprofits MUST provide a game, craft, and/or activity for guests to enjoy FREE in the nonprofit's booth space.

We will also have thank you announcements for these sponsors throughout the day.
